When signed in, use the in-app support ticket flow for account-bound support and include your Support ID, app version, device details, purchase timing, and concise issue context. If you cannot sign in or need a privacy/account-access path, email support@sketchion.com. Do not send passwords, full tokens, JWTs, private keys, API keys, payment card numbers, government IDs, illegal content, or unrelated sensitive information.

Use the restore purchase option inside the Sketchion iOS app when you need to restore App Store purchases on a signed-in device. A support ticket can include purchase timing or non-sensitive Apple transaction context, but not full receipts/JWS payloads.

Purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple. Use Apple purchase support or reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests and include purchase context, not full Apple purchase payloads, when contacting us.

Use the account deletion option inside the Sketchion iOS app when available, or contact support if you cannot sign in or need help with an account-related privacy request. Account deletion normally removes or de-identifies support ticket bodies, private attachments, optional contact information, upload intents, unread counters, and notification pointers, subject to limited legal, safety, fraud, security, or dispute records.
