Account-related requests

Contact support@sketchion.com for help reviewing or deleting account-related data, especially if you cannot sign in to use in-app support tickets.

Usage records

Operational usage metadata may include token counts, model/provider, status, and cost estimates, but it should not store source text in raw usage records.

Support requests

When contacting support or submitting an in-app ticket, include only the details needed to investigate your request. Support attachments should be relevant screenshots/images only and should not contain secrets, government IDs, payment cards, illegal content, or unrelated sensitive information.
