How Sketchion collects, uses, and protects information.

Information we collect
Sketchion may collect account identifiers, generation prompts and source content, connected-service data you choose to import, support ticket titles/bodies/replies/status, optional support screenshots or image attachments, optional contact information, purchase and entitlement records, generated-output metadata, request IDs, limited device/request metadata, and diagnostics needed to operate the service.
Usage metadata and legal bases
We process data to authenticate users, generate and refine requested outputs, support optional integrations, fulfill purchases, maintain reliability, detect abuse, respond to support, investigate account/app/billing issues, and improve safety. GDPR bases may include contract performance, legal obligations, consent for optional integrations where required, and legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, reliability, and support quality.
Third-party services
Sketchion may use Apple, Cloudflare, Google Gemini, OpenAI, or related model providers, and Notion when you explicitly connect a workspace. Cloudflare may host private support ticket metadata and image attachments. Sketchion does not sell prompts, source content, generated images, or support messages, and support screenshots are not sent to model providers by default unless a separately reviewed feature and notice says otherwise.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, process purchases, comply with law or platform requirements, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, illegal content, child-safety reports, fraud, billing disputes, or security incidents, or support a business transfer.
Retention and choices
Server-side generated image results are usually retained up to 7 days, raw usage events are planned for 90-day retention when enabled, and redacted diagnostic summaries are usually kept up to 90 days when enabled. Open support tickets are retained while handled; closed support attachments are targeted for deletion after the support-retention window, and closed ticket text/contact is deleted or de-identified after the legal/support retention window unless a legal, fraud, security, child-safety, or dispute hold requires limited retention.
GDPR and California rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or regulator review. California residents may request know/access/correct/delete/copy rights and opt out of sale/share if that practice ever changes. Account deletion normally includes support ticket bodies, private attachments, optional contact information, upload intents, unread counters, and notification pointers, subject to limited legal/safety/dispute exceptions.
Children, transfers, and security
Sketchion is not directed to children under 13; users 13-17 should use it with parent or guardian permission where required. Support images that appear illegal or unsafe may be quarantined and escalated to owner/counsel or trust-and-safety review with minimized access and audit. Information may be processed internationally using appropriate safeguards, and we use reasonable security measures.
